How to get them? We offer a couple of options
1. Free Pick Up - in store or curbside at Rustic Ranch Furniture just outside of Airdrie, Alberta.
2. Shipping - Shipping most décor products within Western Canada is a flat rate of $25 and $35 for the rest of Canada. There are some exclusions based on the weight and size of the products. We typically ship via Canada Post.
3. Returns - if your order is not exactly as you wanted you have 21 days to return it to the store. It must be returned in resalable condition with any tags intact. We will refund you the cost of the item only. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.
4. Returns on Seasonal Décor Items: All décor items are unable to be exchanged 24 hours before the holiday. Final Day for Christmas and Holiday décor is December 24. Final day for Fall Décor is October 30. Items must be returned with tags intact and with original packaging.
5. Price Adjustments? No products either in store or online are eligible for price matching or price adjustments.
6.Taxes & Duties? Prices displayed on the website do not include taxes. When checking out, applicable sales tax will be calculated on the total value of merchandise and shipping charges. You are responsible for any taxes and duties charged. If we are made aware that duties will be charged we will do our best to notify you.
